Return & Exchange Policy

At WATCHCULT, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward exchange policy. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order. We strongly recommend creating an unboxing video for a smooth return process.

1. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we strongly recommend that you create a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening your package. This video serves as proof of the condition of the product upon delivery and helps us process your request quickly.

3. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for return and exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All tags, stickers, and plastic film/scratch guards must be intact and not removed
  • The original packaging, box, warranty card (if applicable), and accessories must be included
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer

4. Accepted Reasons for Return

You may request a return and exchange for the following reasons:

5. Exchange & Refund Policy

A. For Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective or wrong product:

  • You may choose either:
    • Exchange for the correct product (subject to availability), OR
    • Full Refund to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by WATCHCULT in such cases.

B. For Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to change of mind:

  • You will receive store credit / exchange only. No cash refund will be issued.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@watchcult.in with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos and/or unboxing video showing the product and packaging
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided. For defective/wrong product returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI. You will be required to provide your bank details.
  • Store credit/exchange vouchers will be issued via email and can be used for future purchases on WATCHCULT.
โŒ Non-Returnable Items:
  • Products that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer
  • Products with missing tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Products where the plastic film/scratch guard has been removed
  • Products returned beyond the 24-hour window
  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

8. Warranty Disclaimer

WATCHCULT does not offer any manufacturer or seller warranty on watches unless explicitly stated on the product page. Customers are advised to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@watchcult.in.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2โ€“3 working days.
