Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping at WATCHCULT. We strive to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Please read this policy carefully for details on our shipping and delivery process.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping across all locations in India. We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer for remote or restricted areas.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Partners
We partner with the following trusted logistics providers to ensure timely delivery:

The shipping partner for your order will be determined based on your location and order specifications.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link and tracking number. You can use this to monitor the real-time status of your delivery.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on all orders with no additional fee.
- No maximum order limit applies for COD.
- Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address provided. If the order remains undelivered after 3 attempts, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
8. Undeliverable / Return to Origin (RTO)
An order may be returned to origin for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- Recipient refuses to accept the package
- Area not serviceable by the courier partner
In case of RTO:
- We will notify you via email or phone.
- If you wish to have the order re-shipped, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges.
- If you do not wish to re-ship, we will issue store credit/exchange as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@watchcult.in. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.
10. Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@watchcult.in with your order number, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
